From first enquiry to onboarded client — automated

The chase stops the moment a signature lands or payment clears — no awkward over-chasing. If nothing has moved by day 10, you get an alert and client folder access is flagged for review.

Every deadline is monitored — reminders go to you and the client at 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 days out. If required files are missing 24 hours before a deadline, an alert fires automatically. Missed deadlines trigger an escalation and an urgent task. A weekly digest gives you a single view of everything due in the coming days.
Call Notes to CRM
As soon as a call ends, the transcript is processed — action items, decisions, and next steps are extracted and pushed to the client's record. Tasks are created with owners and due dates, so nothing from the call gets lost. A summary can be emailed to the client (you can toggle this on or off). NPS & Satisfaction Survey
A short survey is sent automatically after each matter closes. High scorers (9–10) are prompted to refer — automatically. Low scorers (0–6) trigger an alert so you can follow up personally before the relationship breaks down. All scores feed into the client record — so you have a running view of satisfaction over time.
